Dear Debby: I also have a Clark Heater. I have been trying to research it on the internet and just actually started tonight. The Chicago Flexible Shaft Company was founded in 1897 and became the Sunbeam Corporation in 1946. Thomas J. Clark was one of two original founders of the company and one of the first products they made were horse clippers. I have sent an e-mail to the Sunbeam Corp. asking for any information they could give me. I traced the history time line at the Sunbeam Corp. homepage and although it goes back to 1900 there is no mention of the Clark heater. Does yours have a model number on it?
